A Favorite Math Project

Sunday, May 31st, 2009

Jessie Mathisen

A number of years ago, I had a student who was assigned an algebra project called “Grid Co.” I don’t know if her teacher invented it or got it from someone else. I don’t even know the teacher’s name, so I am unfortunately unable to give proper credit. Regardless of where it comes from, it is one of my favorite math projects for students studying algebra.

Some Fun and Educational Activities For Summertime

As a tutor, I have seen time and again that the students who have the strongest skills are the students who do lots of learning outside of school, as well as inside it. That doesn’t mean that these kids are doing drills all summer and on the weekends- far from it. They are getting out and exploring the world with their families and friends (or sometimes they’re curled up at home with a good book or an interesting hobby). Here are a few ideas for fun, educational activities to try out this summer.

Karen McDaniel

Real estate management companies can offer you the skills and services you need to maximize your investment properties. These companies are professionals who can market your properties, screen potential tenants, conduct all maintenance repairs and keep your properties running smoothly.

When your investment properties are ready to be rented, you will find property management services are an invaluable resource. Your management company can help you establish a reasonable rent for the area, screen potential tenants, and maintain rental records. The management company will also help to recover rent that is past due, or even begin the legal process of eviction in the case of rent non-payment. The renting process is guaranteed to be smooth when you have a eligible real estate property management team on your side.

When you wake up, first thing in the morning, what crosses your mind?

Are you happy?

Are you STRESSED?

Do you rush around in the morning time to get to work on time?

As your car parades down the freeway in a fleet of like-minded drivers, doesn’t the traffic add to your level of stress?

One more question:

If you could slow the pace of your life and make your schedule YOUR OWN, would you?

Let’s get serious about two things that really matter:

(1)Your health &

(2)Your money.

Rarely do the Lao take with utensils, instead they form small balls of sticky rice in their fingers and used as an aid to pick up the food. How is Advertising Personal Training Made Simpler?

Sunday, May 31st, 2009

Morgan Le Fay

When it comes to advertising individualized training, a difficult task lies ahead. If you do not get your message clearly crossways or you reach the incorrect market, the whole goal behind advertising, which is to acquire a huge client base, is lost. Personal training requires a determined personality. Getting your customers interested means that advertising once is not sufficient and you might need to keep bringing them the message.

Motivation is needed for those who are just not that keen on exercising as it is not tops on their ‘to do’ list. You can spend your time trying to reach this group but advertising to those who enjoy exercising or even those who don’t, is just as important.
