There is really a phase 1 and phase 2 of the business. Phase 1 is when you begin your business and phase 2 is how you continue your business. How you deal with the transition can be a new beginning to your business or the end.
The basis of this industry is bringing your product, your service or your opportunity to the market through word of mouth. This is a people business! If you want to continually grow your business, you must continue to talk to people.
